Pakistani Clothing Designers
Many designers credit their artistic skills and passion for fashion with why their clothes look so good. They may also be inspired by certain colors, materials, and patterns that they like and use in their designs.
Some say that becoming a professional dressmaker requires being very familiar with the trends of past seasons and incorporating those into your creations. This way you can maximize what styles have already been done and give your his or her twist!
As such, it is important to recognize the talented individuals who designed various products (or components) of fashionable clothing. While most people know famous style icons such as Coco Chanel, Valentino, or Maroon V-Neck Tops, there are actually quite a few less-known ones.
This article will discuss ten famous Pakistani fashion design professionals and how their careers influenced others.
Deepak Perwani

As we know, fashion is an ever-changing medium that constantly evolves. Since ancient times, people have dressed in incredible styles and patterns. Materials and decorations have always been integral to keeping up with the trends.
In fact, some say that it was the Ancient Greeks who coined the term “fashion” due to their appreciation for beautiful clothing. They would admire expensive clothes and compare them to what kind of cloth they could make themselves!
Many consider Italian design to be one of the most influential styles of all time. It is said that Bernardo Cenni, the designer of the Neoclassical style, copied the shapes and proportions of the Romans. He then incorporated his own unique touches into his designs.
So, when talking about designers, you should not just look at their individual looks, but how they adapted different styles and influenced others. This applies particularly to those living outside of Pakistan.
We must also remember that many famous brands were not founded by individuals, but by large companies or even governments! For example, Chanel and Giveny are both owned by French corporations while Versace is run by a family member.

Wardha Saleem

As we all know, fashion is an ever-evolving form of expression that shifts with time. With new trends coming in and going out, there’s always something to look at. But what I like about fashion is that it transcends cultures, countries, and genres. It is a medium through which people express themselves, and how they want to be perceived by others.
Fashion is also very rich in history. Looking back throughout centuries, you'll find many styles and concepts reworked, revisited, or even copied outright. Many designers take inspiration from past fashions and mix them together to make their own unique style!
A great example of this is Pakistan’s most famous clothing designer, Warda Saleem. She has designed clothes for some of the world's biggest brands such as Moschino, Versace, and Givenchy, and her collections have been showcased at New York Fashion Week several times.
But she did not start off as a professional dressmaker. Instead, she studied computer science before moving on to design. Her career really took off after she launched her own label in 2010.
